New publication procedure from July 2008 onwards
The demand for free pages and modifications increases continually whereas the offer of voluntary work decreases. Moreover, we receive more and more file formats which can only be processed with a huge effort or which demand special software. For these reasons we have to chance the means of information delivery as
follows:

The delivery of information is possible by means of the
web form only from July 2008 onwards.

E-mail, mail address, phone, and facsimile are no longer available.

Images in JPG and GIF format may still be integrated
in your pages (e.g. photos or logos). You can order a temporary e-mail address for the
delivery of the file.

As soon as the situation of our resources will become better, we will extend the options
again.

How does motionsound.com work?
If you have any information relating to dance that you would like to
publish you can get free entries in directories and free
pages at motionsound.com. Please specify the category or the categories in which
you would like your information to appear (e.g. dance classes, dance clubs,
dance events, discos, dance workshops, ...). For a

map. Send your information by web form
www.motionsound.com/contact/form/e/.
There are two types of free
pages:
(1) Pages with personal names
For
information on dance
class providers, dance clubs, discos, etc.
The free offer consists of text up to 50
KByte (ca. 4 to 8 A4 pages)
and images (e.g. JPG- or GIF files) up to
200
KByte per user.
You can change your information once or twice a year
free of charge. We process up to four changes annually for free as long as your change notices are in
digital form such as e-mail or diskette (as ASCII- or MS-Word file).
You can choose the name of your free page
(e.g. www.motionsound.com/london/dance) and use it on
your flyers, etc.
(2) Pages with automatically
assigned names
For
information on dance events,
dance
performances,
dance
workshops, etc.
Free information pages may
contain up to 10 KByte (ca. one A4 page)
and images (e.g. JPG- or GIF files) up to
100
KByte.
Their names are automatically assigned, e.g. www.motionsound.com/workshops/2008/wch08167.htm.
Other
points
The sender of dance information has to guarantee that no low is broken by the publication of her or his text, photos, images, logos, videos, music, etc. at motionsound.com (e.g. copyright, data protection, personality protection).
motionsound.com may refuse to accept information
for publication (directory entries, text pages, names of pages, images, etc.) without
commitment to provide any reasons. In particular we do not accept adult material.
motionsound.com does outsource the hosting of this web site and can therefore give no
guarantee for the permanent availability of your data. However, our Internet service provider
has an excellent performance record.
